Converted from actual caves, the accommodations provide a distinctive and immersive experience, supported by attentive hosts Paola and Francesco. Their exceptional service includes valuable recommendations for local dining and tours. The superior suite was spacious enough for our family of five, featuring a comfortable sitting area and a refreshingly cool atmosphere even in the height of summer-an advantage of the natural stone structure. The lovely courtyard provided a serene space for breakfast, adorned with local delights. Though parking requires a bit of planning, the shuttle service seamlessly transports guests right to the hotel. Aque Cave combines charm and practicality, making it a wise choice for an unforgettable stay in Matera.
